Stardock has released ObjectDock 1.5.  ObjectDock is a program that lets users add docks on their computer. These docks can host programs, running tasks, docklets, and more.  They’re a great way to organize your desktop and they’re incredibly cool to use.

ObjectDock 1.5 has a ton..TON of new features in it. These features include Windows Vista compatibility, a new image searching feature, .DockZip support, a new algorithm for zoom docks, drag and drop support for items on docks, tabbed docks rotate automatically when docking them with a screen edge if necessary, a host of mouse-over activation features, and more.

ObjectDock is freeware.  Stardock also makes a Plus version called ObjectDock Plus which adds tabbed docks, multiple concurrent dock support, system tray support, task grouping support and much more.

Rainlendar 2.0

Here is changelog:

  • Moved the focus away from the weekday field in the options dialog.
  • Alarm time is shown as days if the time can be divided with 1440 mins.
  • The list in Manager dialog preserves the selection after an event has been edited.
  • Alarm time was shown incorrectly in the manager. Fixed.
  • Outlook can now import the files exported from Rainlendar.
  • Editing an event or task will reset the alarm (i.e. it will pop up again).
  • Snoozing alarms from context menu didn’t work. Fixed.
  • Added Window menu which can be used to hide and show the windows.
  • Moved the “Unknown” header to the end of the list when todo list is sorted by due or start date.
  • EventListHideDismissed hid also the future events from the event list. Fixed.
  • Dropping license files onto the calendar didn’t work. Fixed.
  • Fixed backups with event files on relative paths and a crash in restore.
  • The time in the event and todo dialogs is taken from the combo box selection instead of parsed from the string.

I was thinking to change name of this site so if you have some good ideas please help me. It must have “desktop” in the name…something like desktopcandies, candydesktop…whatever that have some relation with theme of this site.
